Prome Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates Huekit (the "Service"), a Figma design tokens plugin and the website located at huekit.io. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using Huekit, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service:

Account Information

When you create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk), we collect your name and email address. This information is necessary to identify you and manage your license.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our website and plugin, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service.

Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly. Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We use PostHog and similar analytics tools to understand how users interact with our Service. This helps us identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of new features.

Device and Browser Information

3. Figma Plugin Data Practices

The Huekit Figma plugin has its own distinct data practices, separate from the huekit.io website.

What the Plugin Stores Locally

The plugin stores your license key and session token using Figma's clientStorage API. This data is local to your device and persists until you deactivate your license. No designs, file contents, or personal information are stored by the plugin.

What the Plugin Transmits

The plugin sends your license key and session identifier via HTTPS to our secure servers for the following purposes only:

• License activation — when you enter a license key in the plugin.
• License verification — at plugin startup and before generation or export operations.
• License deactivation — when you deactivate your license within the plugin.

No other data is transmitted. The plugin does not send your designs, file contents, color values, usage analytics, or any personal information to our servers or any third party.

What the Plugin Does Not Collect

• No analytics or tracking of any kind (no PostHog, no Clerk, no cookies within the plugin).
• No design file contents or user creations.
• No personal information beyond the license key.

Plugin Data Deletion

When you deactivate your license within the plugin, all locally stored credentials in Figma's clientStorage are deleted immediately. On the server side, session records are cleared upon deactivation. License records are retained as long as your subscription remains active and are deleted upon account closure request.

Distinction from the Website

Clerk (authentication) and PostHog (analytics), described elsewhere in this policy, are used on the huekit.io website only. They are not present within or used by the Figma plugin.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain our Service — including operating the Figma plugin, managing your account, and delivering the features you expect.
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions — handling payments through Stripe and keeping your license status up to date.
• Send important service updates — notifying you about changes to our Service, your account, or this policy.
• Analyze usage to improve the product — understanding how users interact with Huekit so we can make it better.
