Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions to the Ambitious Designer plan can be cancelled at any time directly from your Huekit dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You retain full access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
• There are no cancellation fees.

The Senior Designer plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

• 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the product within 14 days of your purchase date, contact us at hi@huekit.io for a full refund.
• After 14 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final.
• “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the Huekit product.

You can cancel your monthly subscription in two ways:

• From your dashboard: Log in at huekit.io/dashboard and use the subscription management controls.
• By email: Send a cancellation request to hi@huekit.io.

Cancellation is processed immediately. You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.

To request a refund within the applicable refund window, email hi@huekit.io with the following information:

• The email address associated with your Huekit account.
• Your reason for requesting a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

• Refund requests may be denied if our terms of service were violated.
• Chargebacks and disputes: We kindly ask that you contact us at hi@huekit.io before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
